Buying a home starts with a few good questions.
Where do you want to be? What can you comfortably spend? What would make a move worth it? I'm Blake Galler, and those are the questions I want to understand before we start touring.

Compare the full picture
We'll look at layout, condition, ownership costs and location alongside the asking price. When something needs a specialist's review, we'll identify the question instead of guessing.
Work through the offer
When a home looks right, we'll review relevant sales and discuss price, terms, timing and the risks of each choice. Your decision should reflect your circumstances, not pressure to win at any cost.
Before we tour
We'll discuss how representation works, the agreement and compensation terms that apply, and the services you can expect. Ask questions before signing. If you need financing, coordinate with your lender early so the search fits your budget and circumstances.
Once you are under contract
I help keep the real estate pieces moving and organize questions as they arise. Your attorney, lender and inspector each have a different role. We'll keep track of deadlines and discuss the next steps rather than assuming everything is handled by someone else.
- Coordinate the inspections and follow-up questions appropriate to the property and contract.
- Review property and association information with the relevant professionals.
- Track financing and closing preparation with your lender and attorney.
- Plan the walkthrough, closing logistics and move.

Do I need to know exactly where I want to live?
No. Bring your priorities and the places you're considering. We can compare actual options and narrow the search.
Can you help with a condo purchase?
Yes. In addition to the unit, we'll identify questions about the building, association costs, documents and planned work for review with the appropriate professionals.
What if I also need to sell?
We'll discuss the two transactions together. Financing and timing matter before you decide which step comes first. Read about coordinating a move.
