How I work

Buying or selling a home brings together a lot of decisions that don't always happen in a neat order. I like to make those decisions easier to understand: what a property offers, what it might need, how it compares with the alternatives and what happens next.

I'll ask about your priorities, explain what I see and help you work through the choices. If a question needs your attorney, lender, inspector or another specialist, I'll help keep that conversation connected to the transaction.

I've closed more than $48 million in real estate sales across my career. My work includes single-family homes, condos and townhomes, with buyers and sellers across Chicagoland. That career total includes work before joining Baird & Warner; it is not a claim about sales completed at my current brokerage alone.
